IIG People is a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) platform designed for organizational workforce management, including attendance tracking, leave management, approval workflows, and related HR processes.

The Application is intended solely for authorized employees and registered organizations that have entered into a service agreement with the Company.

2. Eligibility & Access

• Access is restricted to authorized users approved by their employer.
• Users must use official credentials provided by their organization.
• Unauthorized access, misuse, or sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

The Company acts as a technology service provider and does not make employment-related decisions.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

IIG People, including but not limited to its:

• Software
• Design
• Logo
• Branding
• System architecture
• Source code

is the exclusive property of Ingenuity and Innovation Global Technology Pvt. Ltd.
Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of the Application is strictly prohibited.

6. Data & Privacy

Use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, users acknowledge and agree to the data practices described therein.

Employee-related data is processed as provided by the respective employer and in accordance with organizational policies.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that:

• The Application will be error-free.
• The service will be available at all times.
• Technical issues will not occur.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application (or any part of it) for maintenance, upgrades, or operational reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Company shall not be liable for employment-related decisions made by organizations.
• The Company shall not be responsible for disputes between employees and employers.
• The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.

Use of the Application is at the organization’s and user’s own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Application:

• If a user violates these Terms.
• Upon termination of the organization’s service agreement.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Upon termination, access rights will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
